What a great Halloween party for the kids. Head Start, along with Circles, Eigenmann Hall and of course... Shawn D brought the Halloween spirit in full force. All together with over 50 of Bloomington's finest kids and their parents enjoyed a safe, fun-filled night of costumes, crafts, trick-o-treating and dancing. Thank you to EVERYONE involved in putting this event together. Everyone did an AMAZING job.
