Together again for the fourth year...Head Start, along with Circles, Eigenmann Hall and of course... DJShawnD brought the Halloween spirit to life in full force. What a great Halloween party for Bloomington's finest kids and their parents as they enjoyed a safe, fun-filled night of costumes, crafts, trick-o-treating and dancing.
